PURCOR is absolutely the best in the business! They are professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Steven and his staff came in and made a stressful situation not be a stressful situation! I am extremely happy with their services and would not hesitate to recommend their services. Steven called after every visit to make sure that everything was taken care of and he also took the time to answer all my questions. We are so happy PURCOR took care of all our issues.

Juan communicated with me before arrival and walked the back yard with me to address all of my concerns. Like magic, the underground trap he set at last visit had a gopher in it. I first hired "Gopher Patrol" a few years ago. They've been acquired by Purcor. But it's still rhe same technician, Rudy R, who i like very much. He's very knowledgeable and reliable (and a nice guy as well).

Miles was courteous and professional. He arrived, performed his duties, did not bother anyone inside, and was on his way. My mother lives two streets over from me and, once finished, Miles went directly there and sprayed at her home. She said he was very polite and efficient.

Ivan is great! Let’s us know when he’s arriving and always gives a detailed breakdown of what gopher activity (if any) he is seeing, the treatment that was done and when he’d be back again. Sometimes we are home and sometimes we aren’t but either way we can trust Ivan to enter our property and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Matthew was able to assess the gopher mounds and quickly identify how and where he would put the baits & traps. He was able to explain my options for service and once agreed upon, he was expedient in placing all the baits and traps. Matthew was very friendly and knowledgeable.
