I had a great experience with this company m. From the moment of arrival , the person was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and quickly got to what they do best. They even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their attention to detail and asked if I have any questions. I’ll definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone looking.

This is my first experience with Purcor Pest solutions as a new homeowner in the area, and I have to say I was pleased with the customer service and the ability to get scheduled quickly. I purchased a plan that included three services which I received a limited time deal. Jesse, my termite technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything in simple terms. He patiently addressed all my questions and provided some good tips for other pest service maintenance. He also followed up a couple times to make sure everything was good. Who does that these days? This experience was very good, but will follow up later with a review in a couple of months to see the quality of the pest services.

Customer service is prompt and easy to work with, and technical service is timely and efficient. I've never had any issues working with them across two addresses now. They don't have a physical office I can visit if I need to, but the phone support is effective at getting me help.

Five years ago I left a 5 star review for an amazing company for amazing service. Today I deleted it and will be replacing it with a one star review: We cancelled our service a few months ago due to wanting to tighten up our budget due to the economy. Since this I’ve received multiple calls from the company to attempt to come back out to restart the service or perform other unscheduled services, I’m also still receiving unpaid bill notices from a time after cancellation. I was planning to come back and restart service next year, but after the several calls and issues since cancellation, I’d recommend anyone to go elsewhere. Shame to see such a good company go down in quality over the years.
