Greg came out within the hour that I called. He was very knowledgeable, extremely respectful and kind and explained everything that he found and what my options were. Never pushy, just a wonderful rep of the company that I am happy to do business with now that he was here

I just had a new tech Robert at my yard trying to decipher what a very strange pattern of die off on my Saint Augustine grass is. He seems very nice and very competent. Hope his treatment is the cure.

Based on their solicitation practices, I would never hire this company. This man showed up at my house a little before 10 this morning (Sunday) and I was at home alone with my children. I saw him on my camera so I told him I wasn’t interested in what he was selling and he said he wasn’t selling anything and I said okay well whatever service you’re offering I’m Not interested. And he said no? And I said no, I’m not. He proceeded to stand there and I said you can go away now and he said well I’m not selling anything and continued to stand there for another minute and said are you there? I then ignored him until he left. But later in the afternoon, my son was outside playing with his friends and came in and said there’s a man outside that wants to talk to you and I looked out the window and this same man is right at the edge on my yard and is staring at my window and when I opened my curtain to see who he was, he does a wave with one finger. I went and got my husband out of the backyard and by the time he got out front , the man had left. What horrible people this company must have. The first problem is having salespeople going around to people’s houses at 10AM on a Sunday..
