    I had a quarterly pest treatment performed outside my house while I was away, trusting Purcor technicians to do a thorough job in my absence. I've always found their team to be friendly, professional, and accommodating. When issues do arise, they respond promptly, but typically, their regular treatments keep spiders, ants, and wasps at bay. I appreciate their consistent and reliable service.

    Don’t trust this company! I scheduled an inspection because I heard skittering early in the morning that I assumed came from the attic of my new house. The man who came over told me we had a terrible infestation of rats and that the attic needed to be cleaned out and re-insulated. He quoted me $10k for the clean up! But there were no rats. They didn’t trap one, and the bait wasn’t touched. When I finally got the guts to go into the attic myself I saw about an 8 foot square area with old rodent damage. That was it. I had already prepaid for 3 weeks of trapping and baiting, so I waited it out. On the last week they tried to roll my account into an ongoing “maintenance” billing. No thank you!

    I couldn’t be happier with the service from my pest control technician! Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. Every visit is handled with great care and attention to detail—he clearly know what he is doing and take the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. What really stands out is how he consistently go above and beyond. Whether it’s answering questions, checking extra areas, or giving helpful prevention tips even outside of company's domain, he truly care about doing the job right and making sure we feel confident and safe in our home. Highly recommend!

    PURCOR has been a very easy and efficient company to work with. They come out fast and work with your personal schedule. Darrell was great to work with, he called me the day before to remind me of our appointment and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

    while their service is good, but their billing process is so bad to the fraud level; they breach the contract and continue sending auto payments to my bank, even after they agreed to my bank's dispute with their customer service and sales person both admitted it was wrong. Not sure if they have any concern with thier company credibility or not.

    Mike always texts me when he's on his way to our home, always shows up when he says he'll be there. He does a great job for us, and has many helpful suggestions about pest control. Very knowledgeable.

    Purcor bought out Pioneer Pest a while ago and service has steadily gone downhill. Every interaction outside of routine maintenance with them is difficult and requires multiple phone calls where you will be on hold for 10+ minutes. Today, I took a day off work for a yearly interior inspection that was scheduled weeks before, only to have them cancel it an hour and a half beforehand. Suspiciously, the cancellation occurred 10 minutes after I called to get an eta. The service tech told me the issue was that scheduling occurs in a Florida call center and they do not take into account drive times, so the techs can’t make all of their scheduled appointments. Whatever the reason, I now have to give up another day of my time and hope they show up. This is not the first issue I have had with them not meeting their scheduled commitments. Do not use their services, they are unreliable.

    I had contacted purcor in early September to get a quote and recommendations to get rid of our rodent problem we had at our house. Got an appt scheduled for the 4th and if I remember correctly the inspector had called me before the appt time saying he wasn't able to come due to his child which at the time I totally understood and had no issue with. He said he'd get back to me about rescheduling me. I didn't hear back for a few days so I had to call (and calls go directly to call centers and not the local offices) to try and reschedule on my own. The call center got me rescheduled with the same inspector as before for the 10th which I believe he did come out for and he marked the outside of the house but couldnt get in the crawl space that day due to it not being accessible at the time. He scheduled to come back the 11th...which he canceled on me cause of his child. Not gonna shame over that really but still a bit annoying. So I texted him the 12th asking if he was available and he said someone else was going to come instead which they did..an hour late, I believe it was possibly a Manager or supervisor in the way he talked about the first inspector. He walked around the house briefly, didn't go into the crawl space even tho I had it accessible at that timesaying whoever sets the traps will just have a look down there.but he was able to give me a quote which I needed to show to my landlord for price approval. On the 15th the first inspector texted me back asking if someone came out I said yes, I got a quote, he asked the price I got so I sent a screenshot of the quote and said I felt the pricing wasn't explained to me well so he apologized and said he could possibly come back out and to not sign the quote I was given. I was leaving for a few days so he said he'd look at his schedule and get back to me...and no one ever got back to me. Can't say they do terrible service but I personally experienced terrible customer service which was really disappointing. We may not have the best or the cleanest houses for purcor to do work on but they were suppose to help start us on the path to getting the house back in better shape and I was eager to work with them. I dont know if ill consider them again.

    They do a good job of keeping my property pest-free at a reasonable price (the price listed below is for QUARTERLY service--it's not that much *per call*). They're also quick to address any issues that come up *between* quarterly treatments. They only use substances that are non-toxic to people and pets, and what they use doesn't STINK! That *matters* in a small house!
