We are now writing this review, and unfortunately, I have to say that although the process with this company seemed quite good and efficient at first, the overall experience has been disappointing. We quickly signed a contract for three homes, and the first service appointment was scheduled almost immediately. However, within two weeks, the problem reappeared. According to the terms of the contract, I was told I could request an additional service if needed — this is clearly stated in the agreement in case issues arise. When I entered the property and saw that the same problems had returned — cockroaches in the center of the house and ants in various corners — I sent an email that same day. It was clear that the treatment applied two weeks earlier had not worked. I emailed the sales representative I had been in contact with during the contracting process, who was very responsive before the deal was signed. Unfortunately, she stopped responding. I also called the company to schedule another service visit and was told someone would call me back that same day — but no one ever did. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with this company. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day and received no answer. Sadly, the service provided does not match the expectations set, nor does it justify the payment that was made.

We recently acquired Purcor for our pest control services. They were onsite recently to perform their initial pest control service at four of our office properties, and we’ve been very pleased with the experience. They have been timely, efficient, and professional throughout. Communication has been excellent thus far, and they have responded quickly whenever we reach out, and are flexible in accommodating additional fumigation requests for our tenant suites. Great service so far!

Their service is great, but what really made the difference for me was how they handled a small issue that came up after the first visit. I noticed there was still a minor area with some bugs, reached out to them, and they immediately took action. They called me right away, scheduled a new visit, and within 24 hours they were back at my place, taking care of it without any hesitation. It’s rare nowadays to find a company that’s this responsive and truly cares about getting things done right. I felt like they genuinely wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied. After trying different companies over the years, I can say without a doubt that PURCOR is the one I’ll be sticking with long-term. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Oscar for a few months now and he is very nice and professional. He always communicates with you and I think it’s very important. I like the company, they really care about the customers. I highly recommend them for pest control, termites and mosquitoes.

Mauricio is a very responsible worker. He always lets you know when he’ll be arriving and is always on time. He is thorough and explains what is going on and his plan for handling it. I highly recommend him.
