Jack, the Senior Pest Control Technician arrived on time, he was extremely courteous and treated Mum's wasp nest. A fantastic experience overall. Reliable, and extremely knowledgeable; even about the specific local challenges with pests here in Oxford. An unidentifiable rodent in the house, making sounds and leaving footprints, terrified me, but their professional and kind approach changed everything. I am hugely grateful. Their rates are better than the Council’s, and they’ll respond more quickly too. Their website gives you an excellent starting point.
