WOW !!! Nate staffer from Pure Solutions came today and sprayed our front and back yard. Mosquitoes here have been horrible. Our back yard is very damp , specially this year with rain daily. Nate did a super job spraying all areas. My husband and I could not believe but NOT ONE MOSQUITOE left. How wonderful to enjoy our yard. We highly recommend Pure Solutions.

Pure Solutions has been a game-changer in tick prevention. We see a stark difference in the amount of ticks our dogs used to pick up in our yard. There have nearly been zero brought in to our house. Pure Solutions tick and flea treatment is incredible! I have a Leonberger, very large, double coat, very difficult to find ticks. Luckily, since I have been using Pure Solutions, there are NO ticks.

Both an ineffective product and a horrible company to deal with. I hired Pure Solutions in June to start doing tick and mosquito spray. Every time they had to come back to respray, as the product wasn't effective. Every time I had to get a respray, it took me reaching out multiple times to get it scheduled, as phone calls and emails would go unanswered. A service that was supposed to be done every 21 days was done, on average, every 15 days. I was charged per application, so this sure felt like a way to get more money out of me. I was given some excuse about that "can happen" due to the weather. It happened every time. Left a sign on my property. When I asked them not to, as I don't like to give out free advertising, I was told the sign was to "let me know they were there". That makes no sense, that's what their door hangers were for. After they tried to come out only 14 days after a previous application, I called up to cancel. That call took 10 minutes as they repeatedly refused to cancel my service. I have no idea why this company has the reviews they do. The products do not work, and they are a nightmare to communicate with. It was like a part-time job just managing having them come to my home.

I've been using Pure Solutions for 15 years and have been very happy. After experiencing large numbers of ticks on our property, we now feel comfortable being out in the yard. We notice a huge difference- just beyond the border of our property, we can't take a step without our legs or our dogs being covered in ticks, but when we had our yard dragged as part of a study last year, none were found! I love that Pure Solutions is environmentally friendly and staff are so careful about bees and other pollinators. 100% recommend!
