Even when I had to wait on my roof to be ready for the next step, they were incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to see if I was ready for the service. I recently had a home service completed with Pure Defense. My first contact was with the salesperson who schedules the service (Connor). I asked several questions about my service, one specifically being whether or not I would need to vacate my home during treatment. I was assured that it would be safe for me and my pet/child to remain indoors after treatment. I specified my problem areas and proceeded to prepare for the service. My technician, Chris, arrived early but was extremely courteous and made sure to wait until our scheduled appointment time. Once we were able to connect he was unaware that he was treating our interior and was told it was exterior only. That was extremely frustrating for both of us but he assured me that he would still be able to complete the service. The next thing he mentions is that me and my pet would need to stay outdoors for at least 2-3 hours to allow the treatment time to dry and to avoid any respiratory issues. This was never communicated to me and was extremely inconvenient as I was not prepared to leave with my pet for that amount of time. Chris was very patient and understanding and allowed me an extra 15 minutes to get some things together and prepare to leave my house and work outside. My technician was outstanding and went above and beyond to make up for the miscommunication from the sales team. I made a follow up call and spoke with a member of management (Marianne) to express my concern about the inconvenience and was sent an email with the proper protocol for this type of service. This would have been helpful to receive upon scheduling but Marianne was very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend doing your research on pricing before using this company as I also feel that they are overpriced. The sales team is likely just working from commission and lacks any empathy or compassion for their customers. If you decide to use PureDefense for your service I would definitely request Chris as your technician.

My insulation service was amazing! Both technicians were very professional, kind, and had the sweetest demeanor. They listened carefully and adhered to all of my requests. The work they did was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
