Quantum Restoration did a fantastic job remediating our basement room. They went above and beyond their scope of work to ensure that all mold was cleaned, all animal egresses were sealed, and all surfaces were water proofed to keep things mold free for the long haul. They found a cracked foundation that was the culprit and sealed that up and took extra measures to ensure it wont happen again. Air quality went from 26 to 98. Thorough walk through and explanation was fantastic. Suggestions and best practices were covered thoroughly. They also bought some cleaners for the washer machine without even being asked to make sure that was not causing issues. Nate (project manager) treated our home like his own home, and we are truly grateful for his attention to detail and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and eliminate the problem at the source. I am so grateful we had Quantum Restoration to help us after a flood caused by an outdoor faucet pipe soaked the carpet in our finished basement.
