Michael arrived on time and was absolutely outstanding in regards to professionalism and customer service. He explained his plan and captured 12 juvenile diamondbacks over the next two hours. Here is just one of the multiple unwanted visitors Quick Catch was able to remove with traps. These guys were getting under the hood of our vehicle and causing major damage! Mitchell and Hunter came out and set up traps and we had immediate success in capturing these rotten rascals! Mitchell was our point of contact through text and he was extremely professional, humorous and responsive. Nicole, Michael & Chris were amazing!!! We had a wild boar problem which was very new to us so when we got these guys we couldn’t have been happier! They came out very promptly and assessed the evidence of the wild boar destruction path in the back grass area. They then returned the next day with a massage cage they put up in just the right spot. Each side of the cage had to be wheeled back one by one it’s so heavy. They put up a pole with a camera so they could start remotely observing activity and baited inside the cage. After just a couple days we had 5 inside around 8pm. I’m thinking okay we got em. They’re like no we’re waiting because we want to get them all and we think there’s more. I’m thinking we lost our chance. Haha the very next night, exact same time 9 wild boar entered the cage! They remotely dropped the cage and notified us right away. They kept in contact communication with us and sent us pictures from the cameras leading up to this point. They were always available for questions or concerns. The very next morning they all arrived to humanely remove each wild boar from the cage. They even utilized water hoses to keep hosing them inside the trailer to keep them cooled off the best they could. In this Florida heat and dealing with wild boars, which is NOT an easy task, they were all so mannerly and gracious. They kept the cage up over the weekend just in case there were more, which there was not so they came back after a few days and removed the cage. Clearly they know exactly what they’re doing and are great at it with each other in their communications and game planning. I can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone for whatever their needs!! Thank you so much Nicole, Chris and Michael!! I love quick catch. I’m a renter and was so happy my landlord decided to once and for all stop the rats by calling quick catch. Michael came out and closed it all up, was pleasant and efficient. He comes back any time I notice anything amiss or need help. Over these many years Ive been very pleased and satisfied with his work. He is the best!
