R. Dana Pest Control is the absolute best! We've had their service for several years and they are always quick and responsive, all their technicians, especially Armando and Fred, are so nice, and they always get the job done. Recently they went above and beyond for a bee's nest in an impossible spot to reach on our roof, and they were all amazing! They were responsive coming back 3 times to figure out how to get to the spot safely, and then Anthony and Fred came out a third time, and Fred was up on the side of our house 40 feet in the air to get the job done. Cannot recommend these guys more!!

I moved into a house in the middle of the woods in 2009 and have been using Dana as needed for rodent and bee control. I have needed help in squirrel mitigation as well as treating bees that nest in various places of the house. Their phone support is stellar. Their pre-billing estimate/approval service as well as their post billing services are very clear, concise and organized. Support over the phone is excellent. But the service in the field is top notch: very polite workers, diligent, precise, and very neat. Treatments involving squirrels are dangerous, involving ladder work and mesh work being done at high portions of the house. I have known the owner and his sons for years (Richard, Steve, and Anthony, who is now at the helm), as well as some new workers (Frank). They are an excellent bunch of people and I would highly recommend them for any pest control needs.

My partner and I love Armando. We had some minor pest issues at our house in Larchmont, and he came back week after week and hunted every last one of them down. I love all life, but the bugs can live free as long as they are outside of my house! Armando even got down to business and took out some bee/wasp or whatever-they-were hives with the QUICKNESS! I have been using R Dana Pest for many years. I use them at several properties, and they always offer the best service at reasonable rates. I highly recommend them!

Dana Pest Control went beyond and above to help me with my cockroach problem that came from Bob’s discount furniture, delivery l They were more than accommodating and they came several times to spray use gel bait and to check on the progress. They also were kind enough to write a letter and have it sent over to Bobs so I could try and get money back on the furniture that came Contaminated .. very responsive with text message the owner son.. but was under the Impression for 30 days they would provide service with one last follow up to confirm the problem was taken care of but after speaking with the person who answers the phone at office I was wrong I would have to pay an additional cost to have one last follow up which wasn’t what I was told when I signed up .. so I do recommend the service but to make sure you get what you pay for

I met with Tech Anthony Dana to discuss setting up a pest management service for our 4 unit property in Cold Spring, NY. He arrived at the scheduled time and within 30 minutes answered all my questions. (service frequency, what would be covered and the cost). He is both professional and likable. Jared came to inspect our rat infestation. He was patient and thorough and came up with some good solutions. He will be back in 10 days to check on their efficacy. Update: Jared came back today to follow up. Both poison bait boxes are empty, and the rats have disappeared. One cadaver was found outside in the driveway. No dead rats were found in the basement or shed traps. It appears that the treatment was 100% effective. Thank you, Dana Pest Control, for a job well done!
