Mizziu is amazing. He's always helpful and honest when recommending adjustments I can make to reduce rodent activity. Today he came to the door with a Halloween treat for my kid which included a Minecraftesque sticker of Rambo Steve; well played because I got a "bro" as if so say, "this slap slaps, mother." I have used Rambo to help protect my home for around six years. All of the technicians and schedulers I’ve interacted with have been kind, communicative, and professional. Ian in particular was especially sensitive and kind when he first came out to assess a very stressful pest situation. The company ultimately needed to refer me to a specialist in that case, but the way he and his manager helped guide me through it made a huge impression and will keep me a loyal Rambo client. This company has great people working who really get customer service.

I recently moved into a house that was occupied by spiders, ants and flies! I don’t know if it is the season change from summer to fall but they were driving me crazy! I would see ten spiders and a handful of ants and flies every day. I contacted Sentinel, Sound Pest and Bamboo for estimates. They didn’t win me over. Rambo received the best reviews (tough to beat 5 stars)! They are a bit more pricey than the others but I feel like you get what you pay for. I started exterior and interior treatments this week and signed up for the quarterly program for one year. If there are spiders in between treatments Rambo would come out to address the problem for free. It’s still early but I have seen a slight decrease in spiders, flies and no ants so I’m excited about living in a pest free home! Also every time I have spoken to Customer Service they have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. They will listen to me rant about pests! I can tell that their staff is happy working there! I highly recommend Rambo for your pest problems!

For our service this week, Mike showed up when I happened to be home, and I couldn’t be happier. We have been nothing but impressed with Rambo’s service so it was a treat to meet Mike—the person responsible for coming and keeping our house pest free! He was extremely nice and fun to chat with, and clearly had incredible knowledge about the service he provides, and gave me absolute confidence in his work ethic without talking my ear off, or trying to sell me on an idea. He did great work around our house, and then checked in before he left to take sure we didn’t have any questions. So glad I had the chance to meet him and hope he is with Rambo for many years to come!

Excellent service provided for home pest control. We had the worst ant problem ever and mice literally running across our kitchen floor mid-day! Eeek! After several months with Rambo all ant and rodent activity has ceased! The service professionals are on time and provide excellent service. They communicate well every step and I would highly recommend Rambo Total Pest Control.
