Mike with Rast is unprofessional and rude. I left a message 3 hours ago for a call back on an inspection and no call back. Called in and finally got him and the man said 2 words then said not interested goodbye and hung up on me. I called back on my cell phone and he has the audacity to say he told me he couldn't do the inspection on the last call when i didn't even get a chance to ask him if he could. What kind of customer service is this?
