I was enjoying a peaceful drive during my lunch today (11.20.24 at noon) when I ran across a Rathjen Pest Control Inc. driver. near the intersection of Fairmont Pkwy. and Bay Area Blvd., in La Porte. I slowed down to cross a railroad track because I have low-profile tires on my car and did not want to damage it. A Rathjen Pest Control driver pulled right on my bumper in a greenish/greyish tundra with a camper shell (LP NO. LFX8878) and blew his horn violently at me. I looked in my rearview mirror and saw the gentleman throwing the finger sign at me. He then flew past me just slow enough for me to get the information from his truck. How an employee/company treats a stranger gives insight into how they may treat a customer. The employee has no personal values, character or professional training. In a company vehicle/vehicle with a company logo on it...no respect for the company! I would never do business there and I will tell everyone that I know... that's just what customers do!

Janet is the best! I love her so much! She is very polite and professional but down to earth. It's like a friend coming to visit every 3 months. I almost wish I had service more often just so I could see her. LOL

Great service. Friendly people. Reasonable price. This local, independent small business has been servicing my parents home since 1991 and now my house since 2008. They make appointments for a specific time and are always there promptly, or they call you if they're running late (maybe 10 mins. at the most). Effective treatment(s) - we have never had a problem with live bugs, even in the Summer. Try Rathjen, you won't be disappointed.

Always remind me when it's time for my next appt. Plus they are never late which I love. Reasonable priced awesome. Love my Janet she is a sweetheart.
