I contaced them and spoke to Taylor. He came immediately. We were dealing with this for over a week in my garage Within minutes the rat was captured. Amazing team and very professionanal. Truly grateful. Would definetely recommend them!!

When I called Rats to Bats Exterminators with a rat problem I received service above and beyond anything I expected. Taylor, Robert and Nick were right on time, VERY knowledgeable and explained everything!!! They were friendly and courteous. They went right to work, inspecting the whole house, filling holes, and fixing any other problem!! They even replaced the roof ridge line which I didn't know could be an issue!!! The rat problem is GONE, there isn't even a hint of a problem. They were terrific. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We had a great experience with Rats to Bats. Taylor was phenomenal. We had a lizard infestation and in two days they were eradicated. My only regret is not contacting them sooner .

Excellent service! Had a bad rat infestation in the attic. They came out, found all the ways the rats were getting in and closed them off. Then removed them all! They guarantee their work and have come back a couple times just to make sure!

Our experience with Rats to Bats was excellent from start to finish. They arrived the day we called and completed the process of getting the critter out and sealing the entry promptly. After some DIY attempts to take care of a rat problem I had in my attic, I called Rats to Bats, and Rob came out the next day to inspect the house. He placed traps and put barriers to block the possible entry points, which I could not have done on my own. He arranged the later Monday, Wednesday, Friday visits to check the traps at times convenient for me. We’re still in the process of the follow up with a final bait strategy in the attic and cat-proof bait boxes around the outside of the house. I appreciate that he explained everything when he came out for the initial visit and the follow-ups. He also responded when I texted him with questions. I am very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend Rats to Bats!
