Stars rating is not currently accurate, will update it if higher or lower after I see how things go. Really appreciate so far how quick they got someone to my place, even with a scheduling error. The sales guy I talked to on the phone helped me out and we got someone out. They came prepared, had everything they need for the issues I’m having, and the guy tech that came was very kind. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this company does, so far, WAY better than Orkin who I just dropped!!

Joe from Reacon was absolutely amazing. Not only did he come out promptly when I called, but he also went above and beyond to make sure the job was done thoroughly and effectively. So far we had our first treatment and it was awesome! Angel came out and he was super friendly and gave us great information and put our minds at ease. We recently spotted some mice in our basement, and as he was inspecting our basement for the best placements he came across a mouse! He captured it right then and there! I was recommended recon by a family member, and I’m already so happy with them!

Setting up services with Recon was really easy. I worked with Steve, and he answered all my questions for the upcoming services and what to expect with billing. Angel, our service agent is so nice and very professional in our home. He makes sure to listen to the areas of concern and where to avoid, like our garden. He also helped educate me on the products being used in and around the home and safety. Overall, we are so impressed to be working with them, especially their consideration they take for veterans. 💙❤️🤍

Recon was here today to spray for spiders. The young man that performed the task was very personable and completed the task with efficiency. The office staff when I called for the appointment were very friendly and worked to accommodate my needs and special instructions. I will definitely use them again.
