Excellent service by Mr Brian. He treated my mother’s home and we have nothing but great things to say about him. Charismatic, funny, and just a joy to have available. He explained every product he used in great detail - scientific and in practice. He recommended other services Redd provides such as insulation and we will definitely be getting that as well soon. He’s clearly been doing this for a LONG time. He informed us that he lives in Vicksburg and we made the comment that he came a long way to take care of us in Vidalia, he INSISTED it was his pleasure to treat our home. Great group of folks at Redd Pest Solutions to do business with. From office staff to field tech, very easy to work with. My tech, Chris keeps me informed if he is running ahead or behind schedule. Chris is very thorough with the treatment.

Steve is always so thorough, pleasant and friendly when he comes. Treatment works great. Insects (lots of spiders) never get as far as the treshold before they die. Never had a problem about rescheduling, willing to accommodate to ensure inside the home is treated too.
