We had Reliable come out and spray the exterior/interior of our home for pests. The promptness and level of service are so good. Jason was who helped us out and I can't thank him enough.

I am giving Reliable Exterminators a 3 star. Yes, our bees are gone after 2 rounds of them spraying but the service was not ideal. (EDITED TO ADD: they did pay for a company to come out and detail clean the whole area. I do wish the proper procedures were in place beforehand and service would have been better. I do hope for next time this is the case.) The first service the gentleman did not take proper procedures for an outdoor kitchen and television around a pool. He carelessly sprayed. So, when I called back for them to come a few weeks later to respray for the bees I asked for him to call prior to be sure I was home to note exactly where we needed to spray so I could "supervise". I never received a call so assumed they never shower until I walked on my back porch and noticed the mess AGAIN!! If any of these chemicals are dangerous this could be a problem. Even the power washing company did not want to deal with it. Pictures can’t even show the real mess.

We had a hornets making a nest in the cinder blocks in the foundation of our house, close to our back door! They came out when they said they would be here, explained what they would do. We only saw a couple of hornets the next day, then they were gone. There is a 30 day guarantee. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if we need them.

Steven was prompt (even arrived earlier than the estimated "two hour window"), friendly, courteous, and efficient. It was our first time using Reliable Exterminators. We're pleased (but the insects probably aren't).

Ran into Javierduring his normal spraying routine and had a good conversation about the service and what I was seeing, which is all good. Added some spaces that were previously not included due to a child care situation. He was very helpful.

Good job - I like being able to accompanying the Tech. so I can see whether there’s been any activity. Don’t get that when I set traps outside to be serviced. Didn’t go with Tech. to outside traps, but he came back and told me what he observed.

Company drivers, in company trucks, drive dangerously. Witnessed one of their pickups tailgating a SCHOOL BUS insanely badly on state road 25 for miles, around 3:45pm today, 11/17/25. I don't care how good your business is, when your drivers endanger others, that's embarrassing and unacceptable. Your drivers should not be leaving the station intending on hurting children with how they drive.
