Reliable would be a complete understatement. I just had a baby not long ago and when I came home from the hospital my house was crawling with bugs. YUCK. I called John in a worry because I did not want to take chances with chemicals because I have animals an infant and a newborn. Within 24 hours of my call John’s crew showed up and completely took care of my problem with reassurance that their product was safe. Can’t even smell it and the little bugs are gone ! Ugh!! I had an animal in my attic. I could hear it walking in my ceiling and did not even want to sleep home. So creepy and didn’t know what type of animal. yuk! We called Reliable and they came immediately. With a couple of questions, they knew what it was and what to do! It was a squirrel and they installed a one-way tunnel to save the squirrel but to keep it from going back in. Within 2 hours, the squirrel came out and problem was gone. They then returned to completely cover the opening so it will not happen again. Steve, John and the staff were so nice, professional and caring. I was scared and they fixed it so quickly! I have used John and the crew before, they did a great job with a rodent problem I had. So when I discovered I had a squirrel problem I did not hesitate to call them back, plus with them being so close in Teaneck it was a no brainer. As usual they did a great job getting rid of my squirrels. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would! Thanks again!

I had squirel problems in my attic. They showed up, seemed very confident about what they needed to do to get the problem resolved, set up some traps and charged me $600. The probelm didn't go away at all. I called them to come back to take a look. They kept on not cancelling or making excuse for not coming. Then they finally came once and said they could set up some more traps. Then they start questioning whether it is squirel or mice but still couldn't catch the thing. Throughout the whole time the animal was super active. I called them again a few months alter, they said they would come but never showed up. I wouldn't use these guys if they could just say they are not very good at this. Seems really not knowing what they are doing.
