They’ll work hard to win your business, often by pointing out what other pest control companies do wrong, but once they have you as a customer, their service becomes completely unreliable. I suspect it’s because the company stretches itself too thin, especially during the fall season when they pull technicians away to focus on installing Christmas lights. We pay $87 per month, and I’ve already had three neighbors cancel due to the same reliability issues. In our last “service,” the technician was at our home for only two minutes (from 4:35 PM to 4:37 PM). We specifically asked for sticky traps for mice (one of the main services they sold us on) but he was out of them. Meanwhile, our yard was full of ant mounds that were completely ignored. I wouldn’t have written this review if it was the first time this has happened, but this has since been a pattern and has probably happened four or five times. This is also unfortunate to write because there is one single technician that truly does go above and beyond. I would strongly recommend looking around before committing to this company

I’ve recently moved to Texas from Florida and had no idea the bug issue would be this bad. Thankfully, Gunnar did an excellent job and showed true professionalism. He clearly explained every step of the process, making sure everything was easy to understand. His attention to detail was impressive, as he carefully identified and pointed out the areas that were most affected. On top of that, Gunnar was very friendly, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and reassuring.

Dylan did an excellent job with our pest control service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining everything he was doing. Gunnar is the man! He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He also respected my note on the door not to ring (with baby) and texted me. He even let me know about some water pooling in our backyard. He could’ve not said anything and gone about his day, but he made an extra effort to tell me there was an issue. You can NOT rely on Reliant Peat Control. I finally gave in to a door knocker and it ended up being a bad decision. The salesman was super high pressure but promised a smooth experience and said he’d get me “the very best deal” for everything at $40 a month. I decided to give it a shot… big mistake. He told me a technician would come by the next day at 4 p.m. to treat both the inside and outside. I told him that time worked perfectly. Well, 4 p.m. came and went. Then 5 p.m. Still no one. No call, no text, nothing. My wife had to leave for a grocery pickup around 5:55, and, of course, the guy shows up at 6:05 without any warning. He sprays the outside and leaves by 6:20. No courtesy call, no warning, just showed up late, completed half the job, and bounced. I talked to the Reliant and explained what happened. They apologized and said they’d come back to do the inside, but for over a week later. I asked if they had anything sooner and was told I could call back every day to check for cancellations. I’m sorry, but I shouldn’t have to chase them down to fix a mistake they made. To top it all off, two days after the spray, my front porch was full of new wasps. So clearly, it didn’t do much. At that point, I was done. I paid the early termination fee ($120) and the first service fee ($80). I did sign the contract, so that’s on me, but the way the rep pressured me into signing on the spot felt shady. It was a hard sell with zero follow-through and unhelpful support. I wouldn’t recommend Reliant Pest Control to anyone. Door knockers don’t give you the time or space to properly research, and this ended up being a frustrating and disappointing experience. Lesson learned.

We have used Relaint Pest Management for over a year now. And I couldn't be more happy with our service. Everyone is so kind, efficient, and they always go the extra mile. If we need touch up service they are more than happy to come out. Gunnar came by our house today for treatment and was so helpful. He answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with our service before leaving.
