Do not use this company. Though the woman with whom I had direct communication with was at first very responsive, there are ENORMOUS problems with Rentokil: 1) They do not communicate well with each other. The technician who came to our site didn’t know the areas to spray and thus had to come back another day to the site to finish the job “properly” (more on “properly” below), and this was clearly because the person who assessed the site didn’t communicate effectively with the technician. 2) The technician literally didn’t know what he was doing. He drilled holes to insert the chemical (which is the correct procedure) then proceeds to close up the hole (incorrect procedure). So much for a pesticide company knowing how to properly administer pesticide. 3) Their product does not work. Despite assurances of longevity for a few years, the vermin came back with a vengeance within months. 4) They are shoddy with accounting. They issue different and confusing invoices, and even after paying what the invoice says, I’m being called by their accounting department MONTHS after service in which they ask ME to essentially unravel the payments I’ve made and prove payment, despite me having sent proofs of payment immediately after I paid. 5) Having done a poor job in terms of effectiveness, I emailed them to ask them to come back and reapply the treatment. After a protracted period of not responding to my emails, the contact there said she would communicate further with me about scheduling, and has since gone radio silent. I have spent well over one hundred thousand dollars for their “service”, and am left with the same vermin I started with (if not more), and significantly less money in my pocket. I’ve attached pictures of the vermin that has returned. This is AFTER being treated, and this is only a few of MULTIPLE vermin trails. Save your money. STAY AWAY FROM RENTOKIL.

Their service is really good. They are always in time with the fly trap and if we need any other service they are quick to respond to our request

Educational and enlightening, I did not know about some of the breaches in the store but the technician made me aware and that they need to be fixed to prevent cockroaches.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Still waiting for a call back more than two weeks now.
