Harry B. did a great job servicing my condo. He was very respectful and answered my questions. Harry is a great guy and goes above and beyond for his customers. Thanks Rescom!

Not sure what is happening but service over the last 3 months has been horrible. I've been with Res Com since 2010 and I've always had exceptional service. Three months ago I noticed all of the webs were still on the lights and around doors after service. I thought okay Ill just let the guy know next month about the webs. The next month we let him know about the webs and he said yes he saw all the webs. He left them again ? He never moved the rugs at the doors and he was not real friendly. They broke a hose on the truck and when we offered to help he ignored us. Never even looked at us. Just pretended like we weren't there. So I called and complained. First time I've ever had to call about service. I was assured by the service manager it wouldn't happen again and they would take care of it and if there was any retaliation to call back. NOPE. They were a complete no show the next month. So, I called and canceled my service. The lady answering the phone thanked me and that was that. Didn't seem to care. So sad.

My parents have been customers almost since its inception. I have them now for my own home almost 3 yrs now. They are amazing and I have had no issues working with them. They make your home safe for you and make sure your neighborhood bugs don't come knocking on your door. Great local business!!

My mom had their service for almost a year and saw no change in her home with her roach issue. Had to look around for another service provider.

The only thing I don’t like is that they charge 5% more when you pay the year in full. I’d figure any business would be happy to take there yearly cost up front and at least give a small discount instead of charging more. Businesses in California cannot impose a surcharge specifically for credit card payments on customers. This means they cannot list a price and then add an extra fee at checkout because a customer chooses to pay with a credit card. This is due to California's Senate Bill 478, also known as the "Honest Pricing Law" or "Hidden Fees Statute," which became effective on July 1, 2024.
