Very thorough. Responds quickly with any issues. With personable staff. Contracting with Ricks is very reasonable. Don’t get sucked into local high price pest control. Truly Nolen is twice as much! Thanks Rick for all your support.

They came to my house last year and did a spot treatment. Not familiar with Arizona and it's bug problems.... Now I signed up for a bi-monthly treatments. It's affordable and it's peace of mind!!

I had really bad experience with them charging my debit card without my permission . So I email them and they say we reverse the charge but I’m still getting overdraft fees for their charges. So now the manager Paula calls me and she was always great . But now she calls telling we are going to waive your charges and cancel you as customer. Really come on instead I’m sorry for the inconvenience we will wave the charges and keeping me as a long term customer they just resolve by canceling me .

Very responsive and quick. But not trustworthy. I found Three divots in my ceiling after they inspected from my attic. Suddenly, he says they only looked from the opening and never went up there! (I was out of town). Oh well. Silly me. I trusted him.
