Annual termite policy inspection. Tony does a superb job at evaluating and educating the homeowner on what could potentially be a termite risk if such a risk is present as well as signs to watch out for if you suspect there could be termites. He is thorough and professional as well as courteous and friendly. Very satisfied with the Rid-A-Pest team and termite policy.
