I can not say enough good things about “RID A PEST”!!! I was desperate! Our summer home had been sitting empty for months and my worst nightmare was coming true! We had roaches, ants, spiders,earwigs and palmetto bugs(they can call them that if they want to; but, they are the roaches from hell to me! )We called several places and nobody even attempted to try to help us out. Then I saw Rid A Pest, gave them a call and the nicest young lady answered their phone and told me if I would hold on she would do all she could to help. And you know what? She did! In less than one hour the nicest, well dressed, polite gentleman came to our door. He explained where our problem was coming from, treated it and said he would be back to check on how things were doing. I can’t tell you what a Godsend Joe was today. Great customer service. My technician (Bishop) is excellent. He took the time with his initial consultation to fully understand what services were needed, and suggested solution based options to fit my needs. I can now work in my yard without anxiety about accidentally stepping on an ant hill. Highly recommended. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Contacted Rid A Pest to treat for termites and encapsulation of my crawl space. This included installation of a dehumidifier and sump pump under the house. I must say that customer service was exceptional. Both Justin and Nick were professional and kept me informed of their progress. They completed the job on-time, and the results were far beyond my expectations. An exceptional job by these two fine young gentlemen.
