I had a door-to-door sales guy come by the house. Normally I explain that I’m not interested, but the fiancé (being in sales) told me to be nice. Fast forward, I tell him we are paying $90 for another provider on a quarterly basis. He comes back with $80 for a better service. I make sure it matches up, and we go to sign paperwork for 1yr agreement. In the paperwork it points to that amount being billed monthly, but I was told the service was quarterly, so not to pay attention to that amount. Call it what you want, but there was obviously a communication error there. I essentially signed up for triple the cost, even though it was being sold to me as a reduction with better service. I did call in and get that amount reduced to the lowest level to ride out the remainder of the agreement. To be fair, their services have worked - very well, to be completely honest, it was the misrepresentation on pricing that I’m frustrated with. If you sign up with these guys - read your charges, don’t rush the setup, clarify whether the amount is monthly or quarterly, etc. Will I continue the service after April? It all depends on market pricing for pest control services at that time. Based on my previous quarterly price, with our old pest company, we’ll probably swap back to them. If the base level package is the same for all companies, there is no justifiable reason to spend more money.

The technician came to the door, asked about our concerns. He was very professional and actively listened. He did an assessment and explained in detail the treatments and a timeframe to expect completion. He was very thorough and when he was done he knocked again at the door to make sure we were satisfied with his service and if there was any other concerns before he left. We were very impressed. He understands what it means to provide quality customer service. He seemed like an overall great guy.

!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!! They are not even worth a One Star Rating And BTW, my husbands name is Markanthony S., just in case you try and say that his account “doesn’t exist” We are looking into legal matters with them due to the fact that they charged for a service TWO weeks before it was even provided. And then when my husband had surgery the day they were supposed to come, we noticed on our RECORDED FRONT DOOR CAMERA they came to our home, knew we were not there, sprayed the outside of the house when we specifically asked for the inside due to a HUGE case of Brown Recluse Spiders being seen, and then leaving with no note or explanation of what they even sprayed. Then when we called to have them come back and spray the inside of the home like they were supposed to, they RESCHEDULED on us TWICE in one week, with only a text ONE hour before they were due to arrive. No 24 hour notice or anything. Even though they ask that of their “clients “ They refused to give us our money back, gave us a “20 dollar credit” that they didn’t even tell us about and even when my husband asked to be removed as a client, they sent ANOTHER text message saying they were were still active in their system and would still be charged for “future” services. We are currently talking with our lawyer and will be providing texts messages, doctors notes of that surgery day, phone records, and recordings from our blink Camera for evidence.

I have not reviewed RIDD pest control up until now. I have had them for a couple months but I have not been impressed. Dustin, however, did an amazing job. Thank you Dustin for your dedication to your work. He took care of the couple small things that I mentioned as well as the inside and the outside of the house and the backyard. He even put some mosquito bait in the kiddie pool. I would definitely recommend RIDD if everybody did a great job like this - CONSISTENTLY..

I had Dustin and Deric come service my home today. They were extremely informative, gave great tips, and top tier customer service. Definitely would recommend and request Dustin and Deric for future services.
