We honestly can’t recommend Anthony enough! Absolute top guy and hands down one of the best services we’ve ever had. We went for the 3-part treatment after finding rats coming through the cellar, they were getting in from next door’s property because of how dirty it was. Anthony came out, checked everything properly, found the entry points straight away, and used all the right equipment to sort it out. What really stood out to us was how much time he made and how much effort he put in. Even though the treatment was meant to be three visits, he came out extra times just to do checks and make sure everything was fully dealt with. He completely understood our situation and went above and beyond to help us out. He’s really easy to talk to, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. If anyone needs pest control, especially for something tricky like rats in a cellar, Anthony’s definitely the one to call. Top service from start to finish! Just a side note - I spent ages looking for companies out there who just weren’t bothered and were too busy putting quotes together and trying to make money, Riddex pest control were different, it’s reasonably priced and the main thing is to get rid of the issue so you’re not facing it again. Would give more stars if I could, absolutely first class, perfect service. Riddex company literally does mean 24 hours a day, always available and accommodating to your needs. Anthony takes the stress away from you from the moment you call him, and this is the one and only company you require for any pest problems. He keeps you updated on any new findings and updates so you always know what’s going on which is perfect as a customer who is keen to know what’s happening.

Contacted Antony regarding an issue we had. He was very understanding and genuinely cared about resolving the problem, there was no hard sell. Antony carried out an inspection and followed up a week later. Turned out it was a false alarm. I would not hesitate to recommend Antony for any pest issues you may have.

Excellent, cannot recommend Riddex enough. Antony offered an excellent service from start to finish. Phoned re a problem with squirrels in the loft, Antony advised on the process and called to inspect within a couple of hours of the call, fast efficient service, kept me up to date on what was happening at all times and the problem was resolved within a couple of days, he came back a couple of times after the squirrels were gone to ensure it was still clear.
