Great job, Jordan! He arrived early and was friendly and professional. After advising me that Rigo typically does not wire plumbing stacks (since roof rats aren't common in my area) he did them anyway and also sealed off some spots he noticed where unwanted critters could find and make their way in. While up there he inspected previous work to ensure everything is still good. He took photos and showed them to me and then sent them to me. Now THAT's customer service! Thank you, Jordan.

Rigo responded promptly when we couldn’t get our regular exterminator. He inspected the termite damage and recommended an affordable treatment plan. Alec showed up with his team and trenched the area very carefully to not disturb some crucial buried radio antenna cables buried along the foundation. Has been several weeks and no recurrence of the dreaded termite tunnels/damage. A superb job—definitely recommend!!!

Very good service. The technician took his time explaining to us various things that we could do to help control pests. Also did a very thorough job applying the various pesticides around our home. All in all, we are very satisfied.

Today Alec from Rigo Pest Prevention did a termite treatment at our home. Right away his excellent communication and knowledge were apparent. He explained the process and was so sensitive to my concerns about my cats regarding the termiticide. He did the inside work first to prevent tracking any substance inside. I really appreciated that. Alec said that he treats clients' homes as if they were his and that care was clearly shown. I highly recommend Alec!

Alec came to do annual termite inspection and treat a wall where I had a termite tube. He was punctual, professional and courteous. Also, very thorough with the inspection indoors.
