Be very weary with this company. Had my house treated for termites, they didn’t do what they said they would and halfassed what they did. The owner did come out to reinspect after I called them back a month later because I kept finding signs of termites and more damage. He had another crew come out and redo part of the job, I’m skeptical on wether or not the did it to the fullest because I again didn’t see drill marks in places there should have been. I also found MORE signs of termites and can see further damage a month after the retreatment. Had what I believe is the other owner come out and he pretty much just gas lighted me telling me a bunch of BS. I didn’t even ask for a refund or a re retreatment I just had him leave. I’m done with this company we have used them in the past for quarterly pest treatment and they were good for that but if you want a major service go elsewhere there’s plenty reputable companies in the area. Hate to say it but this company has liars working and owning it. In response to your response: yeah that’s a good way to put it to make it not seem like negligible shotty work. The review I wrote is true. I recommend anyone that had work done by them reinspect their work for yourself or it could lead to further damage.

I was truly impressed with the service I received from Robards. They provided services quickly, were very friendly and professional and did an outstanding job with prices that were much more competitive than other quotes that I had received. Highly recommend this company!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. Communication is extremely poor – it feels like they don’t listen to the customer at all. When I tried to explain an issue, instead of helping, the representative was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that does not take responsibility or make any effort to resolve simple problems. I would not recommend them if you’re looking for reliable service or respectful communication.

Where do I begin?! -priced more than competitively -always on time -extremely professional Had routine pest prevention scheduled quarterly, then there was a flea outbreak due to neighbors owning goats. “We will kill every flea and their entire family tree on your property, and we’ll re spread in a month” was what the man said. The man didn’t lie one bit. I haven’t so much as an itchy ear on my animals! They fixed my dryer exhaust for a quarter of what the competition quoted. Recently I had to get my sump pump replaced. Tue boss came to my home and oversaw the project, he showed me what they did and he ensures it was clean and tidy in my back yard. Only negative I have is the call center is very hard to get ahold of but once they pick up they’re great.
