Chris was absolutely great! He aas very thorough & methodical in his inspection and review. Pinpointed the areas where the critters can get in and immediately took care of sealing the entries and setting exterior traps. Super efficient and polite. So glad I called Rochester Pest Pro. Thank you!

Rochester Pest Pros are doing a great job for us controlling chipmunks. Ken was friendly and gave us an informative, thorough maintenance session. My only complaint is that it’s more expensive than I wish however not sure there is a better option.

Ken was great, 5 out of 5. I called when I found a dead bat in my house. Ken arrived on time for our appointment and dove right into the search for places of ingress, droppings, etc. He helped me understand what he was doing and why. Luckily no bat colony, but he did highlight a few specific points on my roof created by squirrels and one in my basement that I need to get sealed to keep critters out. Would call Rochester Pest Pro again.

Great service as usual. We have spring and fall treatments for bees and home invaders. Ken our tech he is great. Always accommodating. Will have them back in the spring! Highly recommend.

Same day service as Melissa so kind and was able to fit us right in that day!! Yellow jackets had set up shop in our bedroom wall and attic while we were on an extended road trip! Chris arrived right on schedule and did a great job advising me of what he was doing before he did it and then went over the details of what to expect as the yellow jackets die off over the coming week. He was very friendly, professional and informative! Very pleased with the service! Reasonable pricing too!
