Kim was amazing! H came to my house the same day I called and provided exceptional service. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Best of all, my ant and cockroach problem was completely gone after just one day! I’m so impressed with how fast and effective the treatment worked. Mike the technician was able to accommodate a last-minute schedule adjustment without any hassle and suggested additional methods to combat the mosquitoes, which I truly appreciated. I kept having problems with noseeums, spiders and the catepillar type bugs even though Rocket had treated inside my home twice. An inspector from Rocket came to my home and recommended treatment both inside and outside. When Rocket came to my home next they treated the outside and left without following the inspectors recommendation to treat inside. I called Rocket and told them. They said they would return shortly ( they had been to my home at 8 am) i waited all day for them to return and when they didnt come by 4:30pm I left my home to do aome errands as I was leaving on a trip for 2 weeks and had many things to do that day. When I got back there was a note on my door they came back at 4:45 without any prior notification. I am very unhappy with their service as I needed this done before I left. I went through having the inspector come over and make a recommendation which they failed to follow at my 8am appointment. I will be cancelling my service with them

This could have been a 5 if only the local sales rep and manager had dealt with me directly. My sales rep was not responsive and his mailbox was always unable to receive messages due to being full. I had to track down the owner myself and deal with him directly. He was very responsive and professional. He took excellent care of me. Rocket contracted World Pest Control out of Ft Lauderdale to tent and fumigate my home. World Pest damaged a gutter and threw out groceries that I was told by my Rocket rep didn't need to be bagged. In the end, the owner had my gutter fixed and credited me for the wasted groceries. If my local rep and manager had made that happen this would have saved me time and I would have rated them a 5. Room for improvement for the team who deals direct with customers.

They were on time, communicative, friendly and it was an overall really comfortable experience. Being a single mom living alone, usually having a strange man in my house that may also have…. Interesting red flavored beliefs they’re not afraid to voice to me isn’t a good experience and is usually one that leaves me feeling icky after. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Kortney and she took the time to explain the process to me in a way that was not at all condescending, kind and understandable manner. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge she had and that she was so willing to help me preserve the lives of my two beloved house spiders lol. I feel confident that if I have any issues in the future, they’ll be here to solve them. Plus the pricing was very reasonable, it was super easy to set up and there’s no strict contract so I don’t feel like I’m stuck.
