I don’t usually write reviews, but after being a loyal customer for over 10 years (since 8/27/2015), I’m beyond frustrated and feel forced to speak up. The level of service I’ve received recently is absolutely unacceptable, and my trust in this company has been seriously damaged. While refinancing my home in Locust Grove, I needed a simple termite inspection. The technician went to the wrong house and performed the inspection there. I notified the company immediately, but it took them an entire week just to reschedule. That should’ve been handled within hours, not days. Then I had to make 12 phone calls and 3 in-person visits over the course of two weeks just to get my inspection report. That’s outrageous. No customer should have to chase down a company like that to get basic documentation, especially not one they've supported for over a decade. And it gets worse. On July 14, 2025, I was scheduled for a liquid fertilizer lawn treatment. I received a service report claiming the application was completed—time included. But when I checked my security footage, no one ever came to my property. That’s not just a mistake, that’s dishonest. I called the company, and they promised a supervisor would follow up. It’s been days, and I’m still waiting. This is not the company I’ve trusted for years. The blatant lack of professionalism, the awful communication, and the complete disregard for loyal customers is unacceptable. If this is the new standard of service, then you’ve lost a customer. I strongly urge management to take a hard look at what’s going wrong, because this isn’t just a bad week, it’s a pattern. And it needs to be fixed. Fast.

Tyler was polite, prompt, and professional. I just moved to georgia and he was able to answer all of my questions regarding what pests to be aware of. From the sales rep to the technician that came out the entire experience was excellent.

We recently received a bill from Rocket Pest Control stating that we owe payment for a service supposedly rendered. However, we have never received any service from your company, nor do we have any signed agreement or contract in place. I was informed that a contract exists, but we have never signed anything authorizing services from Rocket Pest Control. Naturally, this caused confusion, as we do not have a formal relationship with your company. To make matters worse, someone from Rocket Pest Control came to our property today and removed termite traps that were originally installed by a different company—without any prior notice or permission. When we contacted your office for clarification, we were told we would receive a call tomorrow, no urgency at all. At this point, I want to make it absolutely clear: • We do not have a contract with your company. • We did not request or receive any service from Rocket Pest Control. • The removal of termite traps—installed by another provider—was unauthorized and unacceptable. • Sending us a bill under these circumstances is completely inappropriate. Based on this experience, I would never consider doing business with your company, nor would I recommend your services to others. Please ensure that this issue is resolved immediately, and that no further contact or billing attempts are made
