Roger and crew quickly and effectively took care of the problem by removing the bats, sealing all potential exits/entrances, cleaning the bat guano, and disinfecting the attic. Roger, his son, and crew have helped me twice since I bought a house in Kingsport. I had a bat infestation in the attic of more than 60 bats. Bailey was reassuring and scheduled our appointment, and the crew came out and they got all of the bats out within 36 hours. They cleaned and disinfected the attic, sealed up the entrances, and added screens to the vents. Today I had a bird fall into my chimney and they provided same day service and removed it quickly and sealed up the chimney. This house has been a hoot and a holler (almost literally), and Roger has been there during two of the most stressful times during the renovation. If you want the job done right and reasonably, call this company. You will not regret it.
