Everyone I have spoken with at Romex is very professional and courteous. Donovan is awesome! Did a very good job. Arrived on time. You guys rock!!! I would also like to say that the price is another reason I went with Romex. Other companies are way more expensive for whatever reason. I am not working right now so I borrowed the money for my initial spray after it was discounted for me ( which NOBODY had to do)

This company sent a salesperson (Devin) into our gated community. He claimed he "was visiting other clients" but could not produce a name when asked. I told to leave the neighborhood. Then he walked next door to my neighbor. We had to chase him out. That's criminal trespassing. Attaching a picture of the license plate. It was a 4-door Audi with Utah plate. I'm sure he was doing lots of pest control in his white audi.

I was very happy with my first service today. James let me know ahead of time when he would be arriving and explained everything that would be done in detail and answered all my questions. Great service!

Had house treated and Technician did a great job! Walked me though everything he was going to treat and explained the service. once completed walked around with me again to make sue i was satisfied and answered any questions I had. Definitely a good company and great people!

Big shoutout to Jason Young with Romex Pest & Termite Control! He came out to take care of our place and did an awesome job. Super friendly, answered all my questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. If anyone’s looking for a reliable pest control guy, I definitely recommend Jason—he’s the kind of tech you actually feel good having around your home. 👍
