THIS COMPANY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU. Rose treated our home prior to us purchasing the home, and we transferred the "warranty" to us upon buying the home. We faithfully paid the annual fee for their termite warranty, and in April of this year, they came for the annual inspection, wrote on our receipt that we had not signs of termites (the same thing they'd written on every receipt each year). In May, we put our home on the market, received offers immediately and moved forward to sell our home. During inspections, termite damage was discovered in the header of the garage door. Brian came over and immediately took responsibility and said he would take care of us and make it right. He said he's never f***ed up like that in 20 years. However, when we gave him the opportunity to repair the damage, he and his contractor botched the job, as evidenced by both the buyer's contractor and my own. In order to correct their attempted repairs, it cost me $4350, of which Brian refused to cover any of it. As a homeowner, we did everything right, and lost. Rose was incompetent in their inspection and solely responsible for the problem. and did not make us whole. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT HIRING THIS COMPANY.

Recommended by our realtor last year when purchasing a home. At that tome the house had mice and termite issues. Mitigation steps were put in place and we’ve had no issues since. Our annual appointment was today. No new damage found. Everyone was friendly and addressed all questions.

Rose Extermination has been the preferred vendor of my office for eight years, since 2014. When I scheduled an appointment for our two buildings to be sprayed, they never arrived to the initial appointment. We were not contacted about this, and I rescheduled for another date. This time, Brian arrived and refused to service our food pantry because of our organization's masking policies. We desperately needed our building serviced so we decided to allow him entry without a mask and asked that he just give space to our staff and clients. This was not good enough for him and he left without servicing us and was a no-show with no notice to our other building's appointment as well. For the third time, I call to make an appointment and request that we have someone service our buildings that are okay with wearing a mask while they are inside around our staff and clients/guests. I was assured that won't be a problem and booked our THIRD appointment. This morning (several days from the final booking we made) with five hours until our appointment, Brian called and informed me that they as a company do not and will not wear masks and that masking does not prevent Covid infection. At this point we have been run around in circles for an entire month only to be denied service at every juncture. Absolutely terrible service! We will never be using Rose Extermination again and will share this experience with all who ask about their services. Truly a waste of our time, full of frustration and headaches. Now, after eight years of a business relationship, and a full month of expecting pest prevention service at our community food pantry (as we head into the summer months!) we are empty handed, dissapointed, and back at square one.

This team has been taking care of my house for five years now. They are always courteous and work hard. We live on 4 acres so we sometimes have unusual issues come up with various inhabitants of nature. These guys have always been great with the recommendations. Highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional. Left several holes in my floor and never returned my calls after over a year to patch them. To make matters worse, the termites returned. I called another exterminator, and he said this company completely botched my termite extermination. If you value your time and money, do not make the mistake of going with this company.
