Very good company, I called a few others before contacting Rosenbloom but they were the ones that called me back, gave a great description of services and explained which plan would work for my needs. Once I decided on a plan, they came out and serviced my business two days later. The gentleman they sent to treat the house was just as nice and he also explained what he was going to provide in his treatment. I give them company 5 stars ⭐️

These guys are AWESOME. I needed a termite inspection. Everyone else wanted me to “sign up” for recurring monthly service. These guys offered one time inspection and one time treatment. They are locally owned. The BEST part…. After the inspection they said I was termite free. No service needed. Another company surely would have treated the home for termites and charged thousands. Awesome job. Won’t call anyone else.

This is the first time using Rosenbloom, and I can not find anything negative to say. They really know their bugs. The whole experience was positive, from the office, to The technicians, to everything in between. They made a nightmare not to be overwhelming I would highly recommend them.

I called Rosenbloom pest control when I saw my kitchen suddenly covered in ants after a few days of tremendous rain. They gave me an emergency appointment within one day, and treated the problem. There was a three month guarantee and they honored it whenever called if there was a few stray ants.. they found multiple sources to the problem and got rid of the ant colonies. They found a major source (a broken bag of bird seed) that had attracted rodents and sealed closed a few entrance and/or escape routes outside the house, in the basement, and under our dining room built-in book shelves. I rent a rowhome, and due to a vacant house next door and the other side not being very clean, I've noticed a few instances of pests. I reached out to my landlord, who fielded some quotes, and ended up choosing Rosenbloom for pest control. The technician who came for the initial treatment was very friendly; his name was Matt. For the quarterly treatment this time, Shane came out, and he was also very friendly. He treated the outside of the house to prevent pests from coming over and even plugged up a hole in the brick where the HVAC crew had done some work while fixing the AC. I was impressed that he noticed this because I wasn't expecting it. He took care of it to prevent any pests from entering and advised me on what to watch out for. Bonus points for him wearing shoe covers that I requested because I had mopped the floors two days in a row. Overall, it’s been excellent service!

I had an overall positive experience with Rosenbloom Pest Control. We noticed some yellow jackets hovering around our house and figured they had found their way in and made a nest. I called Rosenbloom and was given an up front price. I thought $325 to take care of one nest was a bit steep, but I was eager to have them removed and didn't bother calling around, as one of us had already gotten stung. The company came out and sprayed dust into the fascia board where they were getting in. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem initially. I learned that nests within the voids of a house can be quite tricky, and the only way to ensure complete extermination is to make sure the dust gets back to the nest and to the queen, or to cut into the wall and remove the nest completely. This company (and almost every other I researched) does not offer the wall cutting method (and probably for good reason), but it really is the only way to ensure the wasps (and their nest material) are gone. The rep that performed the service said if they aren't gone in 48 hours to give a call. So when they were still there, I called in, and the operator said to "give it another week." I wasn't super thrilled with this response because I thought it was supposed to work quickly, and we already had someone get stung when the yellow jacket came into the house. But I waited, and when they were still there a week later I called back again. This time they sent two more senior reps out and they blasted the entire area with dust. Because there was no way to see where the nest actually was, they were just kind of spraying indiscriminately and trying their best to cover all areas. I don't think this is necessarily a problem with the company, but probably just because of where this nest was, their method of extermination was not the most effective. Fortunately, this second spray eventually worked. I will give the company props for doing their best with the methods they have, and they really did seem to care and want to make it right. They also found another nest that was beginning in a different area while trying to figure out if they were getting in anywhere else, and took care of that too.

We have only had our contract for a short time, but the two exterminators who have come to our house so far have been very professional, pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable. They asked questions and really listened to what we had to say. In addition, we were able to get quick appointments and the exterminators were very thorough and also provided a lot of suggestions and advice. It is very easy to communicate with the main office, whether over the phone or through emails. That is very much appreciated, as well!
