Deana did a great job she was quick efficient and stayed till they were mostly immobile. As reassured me someone be out again in two days to check the area cuz it was a pretty heavy nest and reassure us that it was done properly. I would highly recommend your company.

Louis W. came out today and took a look at a pest problem we’ve been dealing with for some time, as well as provided us a quote. He was extremely friendly, professional and understanding and I’d recommend him to anyone!!!!!! The price was reasonable and he really took the time to understand what was going on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Friendly and courteous. Explained everything he treated and will be back in a few days to check and make sure the bees are dead. This company is outstanding. I never give this type of rating on surveys because I can always find something they could have done better. But Ross Environmental is outstanding. Very friendly even when making an appointment. The staff is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions. You can get an appointment quickly when needed. I’ve been a customer for several months. They are the best call them you’ll be glad you did !!

Mark was awesome. He explained everything he was going to do before doing it. He was very thorough. We told him about all the mosquitoes we have in the summer and he told us about an all natural treatment that is offered. We will definitely get that treatment next spring. I would highly recommend Mark and Ross Environmental Solutions to anyone looking for a quality exterminator.

Nick, a certified home inspector, came and check the perimeter of the house and also our basement. I was very impressed because he was very meticulous, and I mean meticulous because he checked ALL areas and corners, areas above and below the walls, the perimeter outside of the house, the garage, the basement, and our crawl space! And he took time in answering all my concerns and questions. When he was done, he started working on a quote and when I asked him what exactly would be done he explained to me that it would be trenching and rodding - which was exactly what I wanted (because a previous company did our treatment a couple of years ago, not good, not even close, plus it left me with a lot of baiting stations which I did not really like but I got "sales talked" because of my desperation). When I asked him which areas would be treated, we even walked around the property so he could show me which sections would need trenching (and how to do it) and which sections would be for rodding (and how to do it). He is very knowledgeable, so ask all your questions. For the amount of work that will be done, the price is reasonable. I had a list of exterminators to call but I called their office because someone recommended it to me, and I now I see why. No need to call around. This is it.
