We always like getting a visit from Stephanie because she is so educational. Before today I would never have thought that mice hid in the brush and plants by our foundation. I suppose it’s because I think of them as field mice, so they would naturally hang out in a field. After I reported that my husband said a raccoon was scaling our back door, She warned us about raccoons in the attic. I really appreciate her take on animal behaviors I would never think about. She’s always great.

My technician Brendan Burroughs did an excellent job He answered all my questions, nice and thoroughly He told me what He’s gonna do and how he’s gonna do it. After he was done doing what he did around my property, he let me know when he was finished and he was very polite about everything. I felt he treated me like family I hope you guys keep Brendan around for the long run because he is good at his job And very friendly couldn’t ask for a better technician. Update: Brendan Burroughs reminds me of Fred Rottler. I get the same quality service that I used to get from Fred. As long as you have Brendan employed, you have me as a customer!!!!

Arielle came out to handle a pest situation at my home, and let me tell you — she didn’t just take care of it, she mastered it like a true Jedi! From the moment she arrived, Arielle had a calm confidence about her, like she already knew exactly where the pests were hiding. Watching her work was like watching a lightsaber duel — swift, precise, and oddly satisfying. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions (with the patience of Yoda), and made sure I understood how to prevent future infestations. She didn’t just eliminate the pests… she brought balance back to my home. 🛡️🌌 If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, knowledgeable, and cool under pressure — Arielle is your Obi-Wan.
