Called up RS Pest control as we needed a nest of bumblebees moved before building work started. They managed to fit us in the next day, which was amazing. Lewis was great, arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed longer than needed to get as many of the bees in the box as possible. I was so pleased they were off to a happy life elsewhere!

Contacted R/S in the morning with wasp nest in my roof space same day a technician arrived and applied the spray, unfortunately it did not eradicate the wasp so a second visit was arranged (at no extra cost) this time all wasps have gone. Great professional service would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service! The team arrived quickly after our call and safely removed a swarm of bees from our garden. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of both our space and the bees. Absolutely amazing, I called them up after my dad had been stung several times but some wasps and then by another disgraceful company, who charged way too much for less than 2 mins work. The lady who answered the phone was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Even though they were really busy, Lewis (I think it was) came out at the end of his shift. He talked me through what he thinks the other company did and put my mind at rest stayed for a while to check the nests and make sure there was no activity, he also checked other areas. They were absolutely brilliant and will definitely make them the 1st call next time as I know we have a few more. Thank you again so much. You made a really crap day so much better.
