    Tom did an amazing job with my pest control service. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was being done. He was very thorough and made sure to treat all the problem areas, plus he gave me helpful tips for keeping pests away in the future. Super friendly and respectful—he really went above and beyond. I feel confident knowing my home is well taken care of. Highly recommend Tom!

    I don't know where to leave a review, but the two employees who did my treatment were the best techs I have had! They were very polite and did a THOROUGH job that I have had! They were very polite, reported what they found, and took care of a wasp nest, which I did not know was on my deck. They introduced themselves as Joshua and Adam.     Rumble has amazing customer service from phone to in-person. Cameron had came out to my house to do my service, excellent customer service! He was very polite and professional, explained what he was there to do. Highly recommend Cameron from Rumble to do your service!

    Rumble has completely gotten rid of my problem! Matt has taken the time to walk us through all parts of the service, helped identify the exact bug, and is always friendly and courteous. Whenever we have questions, he listens and answers all of them thoroughly!

    Colton is absolutely amazing! He did such a great job and I haven’t had any pest since he came! He also assured me if I had any more issues with pest that he would be there to help anytime! Wonderful service and very respectful. I highly recommend him!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY. The owner of the policy has passed away and we provided the Death Certificate that THEY requested to cancel the policy. All balances were paid up until the owner passed away and they are still demanding money for us to cancel a contract that is not legally enforceable in Arkansas. Meghan has harassed a man that is grieving the loss of his wife and she is extremely unprofessional and argumentative. I have asked to speak to the manager and asked for the owner's name to get this straightened out and she refused to provide it. I also asked that she specifically not contact this grieving man again and she completely ignored my request then proceeded to mail a letter instead. Also, we were still finding bugs and brown recluses in the home even while we were paying for monthly sprays. This company is extremely unprofessional and if they do not stop the harassment, I will be reporting them to the Arkansas Plant Board along with the Attorney General's Office. We have moved on to a new company (Northwest Pest) and they are AWESOME and extremely affordable -- for anyone looking for a new provider.

    I’m in town for a week visiting my dad. Keaton with rumble pest control knocked on the door the day my dad was out of town. I’ve got my dad trying to explain intricacies about the bugs and where. I have no idea so I hand off that hand grenade to Keaton. He’s exactly the type of young man you want as a technician being the face of the company. To represent the company favorably to the costumer and the general public. Very nice and professional young man who also does good work. Keaton, Thank you sir, all the best to you.

    I have had continuous issues with Rumble Pest Solutions despite giving them multiple chances to make things right. I signed up for their home pest control, termite, and mosquito lawn treatments, but the service has been unreliable and frustrating from the start. On one occasion, I took time off work for an appointment only to find out the technician went to the wrong street and even got the house number wrong. I then had to wait another two hours for someone else to come. For mosquito service, I was charged each month even though I have video proof that the last two scheduled treatments were not performed. I submitted this evidence directly to the company, and instead of addressing the issue, I was repeatedly told it was a “miscommunication.” Each time there was a problem, I was transferred from one person to another with no resolution, while still being charged for services that were never completed. I had to dispute the last charge because, for the second time, the company failed to spray my yard for mosquitos. Instead, someone came out, walked around, and left without performing the service. I have video evidence confirming that the yard was not sprayed. Despite this, the company is now attempting to charge me an additional fee for disputing the charge on my card—after they refused to correct the issue of billing me for services that were never provided. A professional company should take responsibility for mistakes and value their customers’ time and money. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Rumble Pest Solutions. If you want a company that provides the service you pay for and stands behind their work, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

    Rumble Pest Solutions goes door to door and the sales pitch is a scam. They will tell you anything, including that your neighbors “switched their existing pest control company to them”. Which a was a total lie as I asked the neighbors whose houses the sales person referred to and they did no such thing. I was told that only natural pest control would be used in the back yard where my dogs play and hang out. Natural meaning no chemicals. I hired them only because they promised plant based products. It doesn't mean Fipronil....plus all the other chemicals they used in the yard. Fipronil is what is used in flea and tick products for dogs.. like Frontline and numerous others. Fipronil is also what my one dog is highly allergic to. So several hours after treatment my dog has a raging rash on his stomach and chewed his itching paws bloody. I emailed Rumble on 8/22/25 and stated what happened. Over 4;weeks later they email back (9/29/25). It included list of poison on the yard none of which was natural by any means. Also, in the email Meghan states” Moving forward, we do have a plant based product that can be used for all of your services. If you’d like to give that a try, I can implement it for you”. That was what I contracted for with the sales person or I would have never hired them. Another red flag was when all the earthworms in the ground were coming up dead all over the lawn. However, the little ant hills everywhere were all just fine and thriving which was the thing I was most concerned about. Other than the poison for the dogs and the earthworms , the treatments were ineffective. I stated I wanted no treatment from them on 11/17/25 when they called verify the treatment appointment for 11/18/25. The customer care agent calls to pretend she's concerned and that they indeed do have an all natural protocol and that they would "help" me resolve all the issues. So, why didn't they use that in the first place which again is the only reason I hired them? I got really angry. Number one because of the injury to my dog that they caused and then the patronizing, stupid attitude of that agent. The whole call was about getting the remaining money from me on the contract. There was zero concern for the damage they did to my dogs health or for how misleading and deceitful they are. They are the worst. No accountability and lies, and they spin everything back on you, like it’s your fault. If you don't send a certified letter to them a month before your contract is up, they will demand payment on the auto renewal that they instate. The better business bureau reviews on this company ( it is not a BBB rated company) state that. Rumble Pest Control is horrible!

    Tory always does a good job! We live in Tahlequah and I love that they service this area. We always have a few requests about what bugs we've seen and need sprayed for and they are always attentive and responsive and willing to go above and beyond.
