I cannot believe the level of disrespect their "Customer Care Manager" Meghan showed my wife. She called to cancel services, which we have a right to do considering our contract had been fulfilled, and she accused my wife of lying saying "we have logs." Listen, I don't care about you so called logs. I care about the fact that your technicians only "service" us for 5 minutes max. How can you treat the outside of the house and our ENTIRE yard in that time? We still have a major problem with spiders, fleas, and ticks. We've tried to talk to them. We even tried to give them a second chance and they still were subpar. Meghan had the audacity to DEMAND footage from our cameras, as if they have a warrant and legal necessity. I don't have a problem helping a cause, but when that cause is to make a mockery and waste our time, I'm not here for it. I do not believe it to be correct to make us go back through all of the footage and find a LIST of treatments for you to see that the customer is, in fact, right. Mind you, I wouldn't have minded providing this footage had Meghan been respectful and professional and non-accusational. All be it, I must give credit where credit is due. Their Manager, Karissa, is pleasant to deal with and very professional. She deserves 5 stars and is probably the only reason they deserve even 1 star. So if you INSIST on going with Rumble, work with her.

The people are nice enough but the quality of service is subpar. I cancelled my "service" after fulfilling my brutal one-year contract and they insisted I pay one more month because they need a "30 day notice." It's just another way to get more money for a pointless service. Our issues were never resolved with massive amounts of ongoing wasps. Their idea of "solving" the problem was literally taking a broom handle and knocking down the nests. I could have done that myself and saved my money. We have had a few ants here and there and they insisted they needed at least two treatments to "get to the queen." Well, they had multiple opportunities and still never resolved our issue. It's always on THEIR schedule and not what is convenient for us. Terrible. Run fast in the other direction.

We have been a customer for a year now. Really great service, good communication - we haven't had any issues with flea, ants ticks or wasps since we started with their services. We also use their termite service and that has been very help to have piece of mind that we don't need to worry about that problem either.

Brandon Briggs was our service tech and he just left. I don't have any comments on results yet however I was impressed with Brandon's making sure I understood what I was getting, what I wasn't getting, and any concerns he found along the way. I work from home and during the day I am home alone more often than not. In today's day and age being a woman with a strange man in the house can be uncomfortable, but Brandon was professional, kind, and respectful of my home, time, pets, and space.

Rumble was super easy and convenient to set up. Had our initial visit and the techs were super professional and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. Cost is very reasonable which is a great benefit to go along with the great service.

ZERO STARS! gave them every chance. Their treatments flat-out didn’t work—weeks after each visit, I still had the same pests. They hit you with a $150 “startup” fee, keep billing $50 every month while you still see bugs, and then slap on a $300 “cancellation” fee when you finally quit. That’s not service; it’s a money drain. Techs were in-and-out, results were zero, and the only thing consistent was the charging. I canceled because I was tired of paying for no improvement, and they still gouged me on the way out. If a pest company can’t eliminate pests or stand behind their work without nickel-and-diming you, what’s the point? DO NOT USE THEM. STAY AWAY. In my experience, their products didn’t solve the problem, their pricing is predatory, and the cancellation hit is the final insult. Spend your money on a company that actually gets results and doesn’t punish you for leaving when they don’t.

Very shady organization, I previously reviewed them, but after my most recent experience felt a new review was in order. We originally signed up in 2023 for pest and termite services when we bought our house, we had significant brown recluse activity, wasps, ants, and yard pests. We immediately had issues with termite bait station placements and they came out twice before they were properly installed, the tops still come off regularly to this day. They tried countless trips to eliminate the yard pests, wasps, and brown recluse. We ended up having to buy our own pesticide in order to get things under control. The wasps nests were left for months even after being shown where they were. Needless to say, they agreed to cancel the pest services, but we continued their termite services which were supposed to be check semi annually, but I always have to call because they don't follow up. Fast forward to May 2025, was having termite activity so I called them to come out, my husband not realizing they were the same company we had so many issues with and no results, he requested pest services, I called them and requested they end services because of our past experiences. Zach assured me things "were different now" and he would make sure things gotten taken care of. I refused to sign the service contract until I saw results, months later I still have the same pest issues as before and they sent me a signed contract stating I agreed to services. They literally forged my signature on the contract, can you say illegal? Not to mention, their tech came out for a full service and was literally here 6 minutes, I have camera footage as well as his door tag, you cant treat a half acre in 6 minutes there is no way. They also guaranteed I would have the same technician every time, also turned out to be a lie. They will literally tell you anything to get you to keep their services, I will be contacting an attorney about the forgery issues, but am also filing a formal complaint with the city as well as the BBB, this company needs a reality check on business practices. I will be transferring my termite services ASAP. Avoid this company like the plaque.

Skylar came and was courteous and handled our issue with yellow jackets in the yard will utmost professionalism, then took care of the house control. Very professional and mindful and did it in great time. Thank you

Stay away from Rumble Pest control. 29 Complaints to the better business bureau (not including this one). We were told by Trevor, a door to door guy that they were offering a service for $150 to service our property. We were told to sign a the paper work to complete the service - which we did. Shame on me for not reading the contract because we signed up for a 1 year service unbeknownst to me. After the first service was performed, the bugs got worse over the next several months. Recently, I received a confirmation text about our next service, which I declined due to previous experience and the fact we were out of town…. They show up anyways, then proceed to call me every day afterwards to collect payment. I answered the calls several times to explain that I would not be paying for a service that was declined and they continued trying to put me on hold to send me to a “customer relations manager”. Today, I received a call from a manager, finally, where I asked that we agree to mutually separate our relationship given the lies, deception, trespassing, etc. and instead of agreeing, she said that they would continue to bill me and then send me to a collections agency if I didn’t pay. I have no problems paying for services performed to relieve time on my schedule. But I refuse to give this company a penny more.

We’ve used them for years for a reason! Their technicians are prompt, thorough and kind. This week we had our quarterly treatment done. Mason did a great job! Thank you for doing your job with excellence!

Mason did our service today & he was kind, thorough, and efficient. I'm new with Rumble and their 1st treatment addressed most of our bug issues, but we had a few tough bugs. Rumble did a reserving free. They stand by their work & product. I appreciate that!

Mason did a great job servicing our house for mice and pantry months. He is very professional and worked well with pets and children in our home. Tripple checked everything and gave us good instructions for the future. Thank you

If I could give them a zero they would deserve it. Do not sign a contract with them. They said, we will come back and spray, they never did and never killed a mosquito. It has to be in contact. They will tell you that once you’re in flies and mosquitoes have to be killed on contact. They blamed my dogs for having flies. Also stated flies and mosquitos did not cause diseases for dogs. The only reason I hired them was because I wanted to lessen chances of heart worms and other diseases caused by them. They will rob you without a mask. Whatever they spray is like water and the EXTREMELY RUDE PERSON managing the office has no class, not a worry that what they spray doesn’t work, just collect and debit your account. How they got 5 stars is a joke. I’m sure they are friends and family. I will say one positive thing; the young people working in the office are respectful and nice but when you get tired of no results and paying them $125 a month for a service not working. Go ahead and report it to the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR TIME! Do not trust them.
