Mark, Billy and his team did a great job on my pest removal and insulation, sanitation, treatment and sealing. Mark got my service setup. He came in at a price far under a major competitor due to him saying services were oversold. Saved me $5,000 in needless work. Clearly very knowledgeable in his field, took a lot of time to explain everything in detail which was nice since it was not a cheap endeavor. Billy and his two-man team that did the install were excellent. Billy was sure to call and text before arriving each day. He was very good at communicating and being respectful of the house—especially my needing to keep my dogs from getting out. They definitely were problem solvers and hardly needed anything at all from me. Great attitude, friendly service. I will presume they did a good job on the install. We’ll have to see how the next year or so goes on keeping rodents out. I will say everything looks untouched — which is exactly what you want with this type of service. Can’t see the gutter guards at all and no mess leftt anywhere outside or in the garage. Great job on all, 5/5 stars!

Our service rep - I believe his name was Mike was awesome. Very thorough - he found where our A/C vents needed to be checked for connection….so appreciate that. Checked all our bait traps and replenished them. Thank you for the great service!

Chase has been our technician for some time now, and he is always knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. He gives a call before he arrives which is appreciated. He professionally addresses and resolves any issues we might be having. We are very happy with the great service Chase (and Russell's) provides for our property.

The technician did a thorough treatment both inside and outside our home and even cleaned up all the spiderwebs. They were friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. The service was quick, efficient, and very well done. Definitely recommend Russell’s Pest Control!

Their regular service is easy with text notification. If we have an issue with service, it's an easy text message to the technician and usually they will come that very day. They offer a one time per year payment which saves you 5%.

Antonio came today and installed termite bait stations around the perimeter of our house. He answered all my questions and was very polite with a great attitude. The installation was flawless. I could not have asked for better service. Of course I think he deserves a raise. Thank you Antonio!
