Saela Pest Control - Unsatisfactory Service and Billing Practices Our experience with Saela Pest Control has been deeply unsatisfactory. Communication regarding invoice discrepancies has proven exceptionally challenging, involving numerous unanswered calls and emails over an extended period. We have serious concerns regarding the accuracy of service completion reports, leading to a loss of confidence in their service delivery. Furthermore, we believe there has been a breach of contract, as contracted services were not fulfilled. The billing department's persistent contact via SMS, email, and phone, coupled with their refusal to negotiate a fair resolution, has been unacceptable. As a result, we have filed formal complaints with the Colorado Attorney General, the Utah Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. We are seeking a prompt resolution, including the removal of charges for services not rendered, the cancellation of the early termination fee, and the termination of our contract.

Saela has been excellent for our family! The technicians are friendly & knowledgeable & I feel much safer that our creepy crawlies are gone! 100% recommend!

Great service awesome technicians. Had mice in the basement and Saela found all of the entry points that mice were getting in from. I will be referring them to my neighbors

It is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I live next to open space, and our neighborhood is known for its rodent problem. They have traps out, but I suddenly started seeing activity and found out that a rat is living underneath my hot tub and swim spa, eating the insulation. I called them back and the technician looked at my traps, which were filled with dust and leaves from last year. He said I had clearly been neglected. I had 1000's of $ in damages and no compensation. As a matter of fact, they tried to sell me more services with a compensation of 20% off. Next time the technician came, he didn't refer to the traps at all in his report. I have also said that I need them to go inside the house. Which they never do unless you call them back. In addition, I have never received an email from them. The last time they called, they said my last name is spelled differently on my email than it is in my contract. I told them they had misspelled it and needed to fix it. The rep on the phone said she did, and yet I am still not getting email. I just found out today that it's still misspelled in their system.
