Saele Pest Control is fantastic, but it truly wouldn’t be the same without employees like Tracy. She provides absolutely amazing service — always with a smile. Tracy has been so kind to my wife and me and genuinely cares about the homes she services. She always asks the right questions and takes care of any problem we have. We really appreciate her professionalism and dedication!

This company does not deserve to stay in business! I had a salesman contact me initially and told me that he would sign me up for $30/month. I later found out that he had put $39/month on the contract. I tried to cancel as soon as I found out about the inflated charge and they told me that it was too late and that I would be charged a $170.00 cancellation fee. I have all of the salesman's text messages promising me the lower price and that he didn't know why I was being charged more. I let the service go forward and the very first trip they did literally nothing! They sent out a second guy over a month later and he was better, but the spiders, ants, flies and other various bugs still seemed to be just as prominent. This last service on Oct. 8th 2025 was worse than the previous two. The guy showed up and said he could only do half of the service because my dogs were outside. He left the gate unlatched and might have broken it because when I got home I could barely get it to close. He also left it opened wide enough that both of my dogs got out and I had to go recover them. I will incur more costs and they still won't let me out of the contract. I would leave 0 stars if I could and wouldn't refer this company to anyone! Beware, don't sign a contract with this company!

Shout out to Bryce K. at Saela Pest Control in Boulder. Had a bunch for him to do; he showed up with a great attitude and made sure he didn’t leave until it was all thoroughly taken care of. Made it a smooth process. I appreciated that as well as his patience and knowledge. 5 Stars

Another fabulous driver! Gentleman makes sure to use every inch of merge lane. Drove past everyone else who already merged to gain a few spots. We all have somewhere to be! This was on 392 west bound in Windsor.

Very pleased with the overall professionalism and expertise that Selah brings to the table when it comes to Pest management. Caleb was very efficient and thorough with his approach. Within hours, you could tell the barrier had a high level of effectiveness.

Bryce did an excellent job. He was informative and friendly and he did his job quick and efficient. I definitely noticed a drop in wasp activity. Thank you. Update: I just had Lon drop by, unfortunately I did not get to meet him. I know he did his job to the best of his abilities (on account the dogs were in the backyard...oops) and I appreciate that very much.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This company came out on 10/14/25 upon us calling due to seeing a mouse in the house. They came out to do an inspection, they checked the basement, main-level and attic. They then let us know that we needed to seal our house again to prevent more mice from coming in. We had this company out to seal our house in 2022-2023 right as they were changing over from Edge Pest Control. So we ended up paying them $499 to "re-seal" our basement. They then proceeded to tell us that they saw 4 areas of burrowing and that we have a mouse infestation in our attic, with that they needed to mitigate to get the infestation and cleaned out. They then said it would be $11,000 to complete the mitigation which involved them removing all the insulation, sealing the attic and re-insulating with treated insulation. We decided to get a second opinion due to the high cost of the mitigation, with 2nd inspection we were told that there was not an infestation and no signs of a mouse problem in our attic. We caught 2 mice in our main level within the first week of Saela's 1st visit, we cleaned up all droppings from those mice and have not seen any new evidence of mice remaining in our house as in no new droppings or traps being tampered with. We even cleaned out our crawl space in the basement that we use for storage, figuring we would disturb any activity down there and see more mice within the house. NONE. Saela sent out a manager 2 weeks after the first visit and he again tried to sell us on the Attic mitigation but would lower the cost to $3500 he then said that he did see 2 borrowing areas in the attic and he also saw 3 mice when he was up there. We have traps all over and non of them have been touched or tripped. It has been over a month since we caught the 2 mice. This company tried to scam us out of $11,000. After all of this we decided to cancel our services with them before any other work was done and they ended up charging our Card for $639.96 without authorization for cancelling. AGAIN no services were rendered to us past the initial call for the free rodent inspection that cost us $499.00 that we were charged separately for. Do not use this company they will tell you the sky is falling, and try to fear pressure expensive mitigations that are not necessary.
