We've been using them for years. I rarely see spiders in my house so that means they're doing they're job well. They're great about notifying me that my service is coming up and then the day of I am contacted via phone or text that they're about an hour out. Today, Zephyr serviced my house and was great at communicating with me. I responded to their initial text that I wasn't feeling well and would prefer that they not come to the door, but listed the spots I wanted them to make sure to spray outside. They were very courteous and quick to respond and ensured me that they would check out everything. Overall, I continue to be pleased.
