    I would rather light myself on fire than ever do business with Saela again. I hired them for bug/wasp service, but after 15 months the wasps were swarming more than ever before, check the photo -this is one of the many traps I set up in the backyard catching thousands of wasps 15 months into the contract. Nests everywhere! It was worse than before they ever started. And when I tried to cancel after 15 months, the process was absolutely excruciating! It took two days of being bounced from manager to manager, each whom would keep me on the phone for hours......they would not cancel me. Finally they gave up and nailed me with a termination charge which at this point I was actually relieved to pay just to get them to go away. PS: I had them do an estimate to remove a couple mice from our attic, they quoted me $21,000!!!! At least I was smart enough not to fall for it. Awful, awful, awful....Buyer beware!

    I recently had service performed by Zach. When talking about mice found in our garage, he noticed the rubber strips on our garage doors were worn and needed to be replaced. He quoted us a reasonable price and was able to replace them the same day. Zach was knowledgeable and timely. We’ve only had Saela for a couple months, but so far I’m pleased.

    Treshawn was very friendly and got everything I asked. Also Ignatias he's part of the customer support team is the best if you have any Inconvenience he'll go above and beyond. So far Saela Pest Control has been a great service I have no seen any bugs in a long time!

    Zach did an incredibly efficient job servicing our property. He is very attentive to potential issues. We recently had AC unit installed and he pointed out where the contractor neglected to properly seal around a line penetration into the home. We will call the contractor to get this resolved . Zach is a real asset to your company and deserves a raise. This is the 2nd time he has serviced our property and we hope he will be the one to continue doing so in the future!

    I am frustrated with this company. They came to my door in Sandy and told me how much better they are compared to their competitors. My biggest concern was voles. They told me they have an expert in vole elimination. I took the bait and signed an agreement. All they have done is lived up to the adage...after all is said and done...more is said than done. Their promises turned into just talk. I paid extra for the vole service. They promised to come out weekly, check the bait stations for activity, and focus their efforts until the voles were gone. What a joke. I have to call them or they don't show up. I have had voles all summer and they have done nothing to eliminate them. They are happy to take my money and get a signed agreement...and then they just go on to the next dollar. I can't wait until my annual contract is met and I will return to my previous pest control company. I have never written a negative (1-star) review...until now.

    Jacob did a great job covered all areas around my home. Explained to me what chemicals he was using and for what bugs and ants he was exterminating. Thank you for your great service!

    Great service! The tech (Paul) communicated about when he would be to my house, and asked if there were any rodents problems that I was having extra problems with. Great company to work with.

    Salesmen are flirtatious, gross, and pushy. Please leave me and my family alone. Y’all come so frequently and are a bother. Ignoring “no soliciting” on the front door goes to show these people’s character. Making comments on a married woman’s body and attractiveness is highly inappropriate.

    I was just about to cancel my pest control service until Mario, tech with Saela pest control came to my home. He thoroughly inspected all around the house and yard looking into storage bins, around air conditioning units, under the deck, inside the garage and along hard scape areas. He spent well over an hour doing the inspection, spraying treatment and educating me on problem areas and services. I have NEVER had any tech with ANY company spend this much time and be even close to this thorough. I’ve used 4 different companies over the past 10 yrs and had poor service and outcomes with all. When I questioned Mario about his service, he told me this was how ALL the techs from Saela were supposed to be performing their job and how he was trained. I informed him that Ive been a customer for about a year and previous techs didn’t do even close to this type of a job. They just sprayed chemicals and were gone in about 10-20 minutes max. Plus, I had not seen any decrease of pests and hornet nests after each of the previous service visits. Thanks to Mario, I have a restored faith in pest control services. If I were his manager, I would give him a raise or a bonus. He’s a great representative for Saela and management should use his attitude and work ethic as an example for others.

    Total scam of a company. Sales rep came to the door and said one thing, but when I tried to cancel because it was not working at all, they said I signed a contract committed to 12 months of service. The sales rep said one thing their long contract (which I admit I didn't read thru carefully), stated something else. I informed them that I am cancelling via email and text. They said I cannot cancel via email or text and that I have to talk with a sales manager. So, I do not want them on my property and informed them of that and that I would not be making any further payments on my account. They said I would be sent to collections. Good luck collecting. I will keep writing bad reviews on every site available-yelp, google, etc until they honor what the sales rep stated. " That I could cancel after 3 months if I was unhappy with the service" Turned out to be a lie.

    While I am frustrated with Saela as a company and previous experiences with them, Barron ( the last service rep) was incredibly helpful and impressed me with the job he did. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough. Barron has changed my negative opinion of Saela and I only hope he continues to service my property.

    Tech Bradley was very thorough! Better than some of the previous techs, who didn't cover the full perimeter of the house. When confronted, they lied about it! The pest control they use works well but they are overpriced. I started out at $99 and now pay $138/treatment. Considering ending service.
