Our technician Frank was great! He took care of multiple concerns and gave us some extra information that was nice to have. Rating 4 stars because other technicians haven’t been as careful as Frank. The service also isn’t cheap, which is common with pest control.

I hired Seale Pest for pest control services, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite multiple visits, the treatment they used simply did not work. The pests are still around just as bad—if not worse—than before. The service itself was rushed and lacked attention to detail. I was told their products were effective, but clearly, that’s not the case. I followed all their instructions and still saw no improvement. When I reached out to voice my concerns, I was met with poor customer service and no real effort to fix the issue. It feels like they just took my money and disappeared. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for real pest control solutions. You’re better off saving your money and going with a company that stands by their work. Even the sales person Jayden Bermudez was so pushy to get the service, I told that I need to wait to talk with my husband and he didn't listen, I called the same day to cancel the service and the company didn't cancel it.

Derik came 2 days after my previous pest control trip company…. and he got all these wasp nests taken care of for me. Very thorough. 10/10 recommend!

One thing I really love and appreciate about them are their techs. So nice and informative. Always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy you. I was unhappy with a visit and left a low rating. The tech Kevin, contacted me within the hour and apologized for anything and came back. I really didn’t expect that and it was a great experience

Kevin was our technician and we had a great experience. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. He even showed us the nests of wasps after he was done, which was very cool! He was efficient and thorough, and made sure all our concerns were addressed. We really appreciated how clearly he explained the process and what to expect moving forward.

David was very thorough today and really took care of all of our needs. We had a yellow hornet’s nest which he advised us on as well and made an appointment to come back the next day and remove it. Very positive interaction with a great technician!

Salesmen are flirtatious, gross, and pushy. Please leave me and my family alone. Y’all come so frequently and are a bother. Ignoring “no soliciting” on the front door goes to show these people’s character. Making comments on a married woman’s body and attractiveness is highly inappropriate.

We just moved into a new home and have really appreciated the services that Salea provides. They come out once a quarter to spray and then if we ever need a touch up service they come back out. Their techs are always friendly and easy to work with.

We spotted a couple of bedbugs in my boys' room. We wanted to know if we could take care of the problem ourselves or if we needed a professional. Nathan came out at no charge and inspected the room, mattresses, and bedframe. We asked if we could take care of the problem ourselves. He did not pressure us to get the service but told us how much it would cost and how they would treat. I now believe we can make an educated decision of how to move forward. Thank you Nathan!

This is the most difficult company I’ve ever dealt with. They overcharge, make it impossible to deal with a customer service rep, and continually bill us after we’ve cancelled the service! We hired them via a door to door salesperson (buyer beware) and their technicians have no authority to change things. I cancelled via phone call, text and email response to their “give us a review” automation. Horrible experience. All of that still didn’t work. Then they kept sending technicians to do the service. I asked him how to cancel, he gives me a number not in my state. I call them. They tell me I have to call the local franchise, and they don’t answer the phone! Stay away at all costs!!!

Charlie was knowledgeable and talked through all of my questions. He was thorough in his inspection. I am looking forward to getting the results from the treatment and regular follow ups.
