Saela Pest Control is an amazing company. Daniel came out to diagnose and fix the issues with a few wasp nests that were growing around the property. Do to the amount of insect activity the treated the entire exterior and I was completely satisfied with his service. Explained how it works and he was so professional throughout the visit and very informative. I highly recommend Saela Pest Control for their excellent customer service, fantastic and affordable pricing. I am a very happy customer! In addition, got an added service to replace the garage door seal for yet another fantastic price. On the top of my list for future projects.

Job well done! For a while, we were hesitant to continue/renew with Saela. However after Daniel started servicing our property, he has been so helpful. He is communicative, efficient, and does a great job taking care of our property inside and out!

Had a wonderful experience customer service wise with all 3 people we spoke too and they provided same day service to handle a wasp situation. Daniel was very personable and professional. He ensured all questions and concerns were answered before leaving.

I was recommended by a neighbor, and I can fully understand why. I live in the Black Forest, which typically is a hassle to get businesses to come out to at a reasonable rate. I called them at 2pm and by 330 they had a tech out to my property for the pest control. John the sales rep was understanding and not pushy from the start, which made me feel comfortable from the get go. Once Chris miller showed up I knew I was in good hands. He was unbelievably informational. His calm yet professional demeanor, put my mind at ease very quickly. The way he respected my property and personal items was a big plus to me, as many I live in the middle of know where for peace. He even let me go around with him and explained in fine detail about the process and helpful tips and tricks. He used various sprays, as well as checked the exterior meticulously for wasps, and webs. As an arachnophobe, he made me feel comfortable and not crazy. It’s amazing what great customer service the man gave. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most, and the way he wiped his shows before entering my house meant a lot. He was a cool guy while remaining professional, which is often a challenging thing for people to do. I don’t review often but he was that great. 10/10.

Chris has been providing pest services for about a year now and he has been wonderful! He originally solved a wasp problem and we’ve been overall wasp free for a year. Now, he helps prevent other pests from coming in. He’s patient, very knowledgeable, explains things great, and is always there to answer a question. Highly recommend Saela and Chris!

Been using Saela for a couple years now, when we moved, they came out and sprayed our new house outside of the scheduled sprays no charge. They also have always had amazing staff. Today, Daniel came out and was super professional, answered questions, and got the job done quickly but well. Kudos to this company.

I deeply regret ever signing up with this pest control company. Their customer service is shockingly cold and unyielding. When I first signed the contract, I made it clear that doing so was a financial stretch for me as a senior citizen on a limited income. I wish I had listened to my instincts and walked away then. After only two paid services, I unexpectedly lost my job. I’ve been working tirelessly to find new employment, but at my age, it’s not easy. I called my local Colorado Springs number and explained my situation honestly and vulnerably. I asked, pleaded, even ended up in tears on the phone — and still, the representative refused to let me out if this contract. No compassion.0 I cannot understand what kind of company treats people this way. I’m struggling just to keep food on my table and pay my basic bills, yet they insist on holding me to a contract I clearly stated I was worried about affording from the beginning. The stress and pressure they’ve added to an already difficult season of my life is unacceptable. Yes, I regret signing the contract — that part is on me. But the complete lack of empathy, understanding, or humanity is entirely on them. Shame on this company for their heartless policies and refusal to work with customers facing genuine hardship. I strongly advise others to stay far away from this pest control company.
