Need to train your drivers better. Their driving is ridiculous and dangerous especially as a company car and as someone you have representing your company. Im lucky to have not gotten into an accident with your truck number AS 336 as they thought forcing their way into a merge and almost crashing into me on purpose was the most safe thing to do. Im not sure if that’s the image your company wants to portray but I will definitely not be using your services.

Kaleb is an outstanding pest control technician! He’s always punctual, professional, and takes the time to explain the services being performed. He’s thorough in his work and makes sure all of our concerns are addressed during each visit. We’ve noticed a significant improvement since he began servicing our property. His attention to detail and friendly attitude make a big difference. Highly recommend Kaleb for anyone looking for quality pest control and excellent customer service!

I signed up for Saela when I moved into my new house in August of 2023. signed an 18 month service contract and canceled it as soon as I could. I signed up for mosquito treatment the summer before. They cam back in April a year later asking to do the mosquito treatment is a text message which I replied no. All customers with Saela, please read the fine print. In order to cancel, you have to notify them after your last contracted service. And the only way to do this is to call them. When you do call them, you speak with a sales rep that will eat up 20 minutes of your time on the phone trying to convince you not to cancel. then they transfer you to a "sales manager" who ore the only people who have the authority to cancel your service. I clearly told the sales rep to not do the mosquito service. Then the rep did it anyway and charged me for it. I spent several calls disputing the charge and they were unwilling to do anything about it. So I waited. Forced them to mail 3 invoices that delayed the payment. spoke with several representatives just use up there time they way they did mine (the call center is overseas). You will never get through to their local office. And the effectiveness of their treatments were miserable. If you have a home camera for security, I recommend you watch the video if you work like I do. Several times the technician would drive to the house, sit in their car for 30-45 minutes, then walk around the house for 15 min., take a picture and drive off. Definitely a ripoff company. I'm impressed by their google reviews but anyone can pay to boost or suppress negative reviews. Do your due diligence. Go with a local company that doesn't screw you with long term contracts. And they are usually less expensive and have to earn your business on every visit.

I am so happy I found Saela and even more happy that Wendal was the technician who came to help me. He was patient and kind when I was aggravated at having this pest issue. He explained everything and worked quickly. I am so impressed with this company and their ablities that I am canceling another pest control service I have had in place since 2013.

Andy and all the servicing i’ve received from Saela has been incredible. I showed Andy some ant piles in my front yard and he found even more and treated them. He treated spiders in my garage and insects in my backyard. I am scared my dog steps in an ant pile so I appreciate the thoroughness. He was also so kind.
