I searched for a pest control company that would service Hardinsburg, Ky and safe-way was the 3rd compnay name that popped up on the list under 2 bigger corporate names. I messaged them and i got a response back the same day. Jacob was excellent to answer my questions about treatment and issues we were wanting addressed. Im pretty cautious and was a little nervous about using someone we didnt know but i asked for references of other customers and with the customers permission he sent me name. I reached out to the current customer and they spoke so highly of Jacob that i knew i was in good hands. We are super thankful for the honesty of others to help me feel comfortable about having someone i didnt know in my parents home. My dad said Jacob was super friendly and did a great job. He even messaged me after the appointment of what he did and for what things he left in place until the next follow up. We are extremely grateful we found Safe-way and have scheduled maintenance visits moving forward. Jacob was our saving grace when a swarm of paper wasps were coming in through our front door, on a Saturday, in late afternoon. I was panicked when I phoned him.
